On October 22-23, 2024, Open Charge Alliance (OCA) held its 10th anniversary celebration in Amsterdam, drawing experts, industry leaders, policymakers, and technical professionals from the global electric vehicle (EV) charging sector. The event facilitated in-depth discussions and exchanges centered around the theme “Open Standards, Global Collaboration, and a Green Future”. As a leading advocate for global EV charging standards, OCA reflected on its decade of achievements and charted a path forward for future innovation in charging technology and infrastructure.
At the OCA 10th Anniversary Celebration, iocharger presented its latest innovations in EV charging technology, including OCPP 2.0.1, ISO 15118 Plug&Charge, dynamic load balancing, and intelligent energy management, while engaging in fruitful discussions with global peers. iocharger emphasized that OCA’s promotion of the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) over the past decade has laid a strong foundation for the interconnection and interoperability of EV charging networks, facilitating the rapid growth of the industry as a whole. OCA is an important force in promoting the construction of global charging infrastructure.
